The Next Sustainable Living Workshops Rubbish to enRICHment

As Naragebup is not core funded we rely upon some level of funding to enable us to run these workshops. When this funding is secured we are able to offer you the opportunity to learn about how to reduce your CO2 emissions on the Home Front.

These easy, fun-to-learn, brief courses are designed to provide you with good information in a very practical, hands-on session.

You can choose workshops that will help you:
 make compost easily
 run your own worm farm
 grow your own yummy veggies
create DIY fertilizers, herbicides and insecticides
 have happy hens
create a simply stunning garden that features year round native colour and uses hardly any water or fertiliser
 reduce your CO2 emissions heaps

Thanks to the Zerowaste initiative the first 15 participants registered get FREE entry into each workshop. So get in early!

Workshops are held on Sundays starting from
February 15th 1-2:30pm.

What is YOUR Ecological Footprint?

The Ecological Footprint is the area of functional land and water ecosystem that is required to produce the resources that you consume, and to deal with the wastes that your lifestyle generates. While there are only 1.8 hectares available per person on the planet, the Ecological Footprint of the average Australian is 7.6 hectares. We are at the top of the world's consumers of energy, water and materials, and are also among the highest producers of waste.
